Meet Nicole
Twenty years across every corner of the industry
Nicole Jacks founded Oak Tree after two decades spent inside the building industry, not just alongside it. She’s owned and run her own building company, holds formal qualifications in building and construction, and has managed operations for both commercial and residential builders, including modular construction.
That range matters. Most people helping you build have seen one side of the industry — the design side, the construction side, or the compliance side. Nicole has run all three, which is why Oak Tree can sit across the whole project instead of handing you off at every stage.

NDIS specialisation
Built for accessible and independent living
Oak Tree designs and builds to NDIS specifications, with staff trained in accessible and specialised inclusions — ramp entry, increased door widths, lowered bench heights, and frameless fixed shower panels, among other customisations available across the range.
